Actually I really don't want to judge on your picture so much, but as I saw it, I think you already notice how the rule of thirds work, and some framing (slow sign on the road)
TIPS
Best way to learn is comparing, try to plus minus the exposure and see the difference and the mood that comes out from the picture, and it's also works for the angle, if you are crazy enough, try to take some shot 360 degree around the thing that u think interesting, and compare them, which one is the best angle...The best thing to learn is just take the picture and add some crazy though and the other thing is asking ppl about ur pic ,also don't forget to search any information about photography...but remember again action is what needed the most...create your own style dude..happy shoot..
